2. WHAT DATA I PROCESS AND WHY
Data provided through the contact form (full name, email address, message content) is processed to:
- reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract),
- potentially enter into and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- defend against and pursue claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
3. HOW LONG I KEEP THE DATA
Data from the contact form is kept for as long as the correspondence continues, and if cooperation follows — for the duration of the contract plus the retention period required by law (tax, accounting) and the statute of limitations for claims.
4. WHO I MAY SHARE DATA WITH
Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the business: hosting and email providers, the contact-form processing service (Web3Forms — it only relays the message to my email inbox, without permanently storing its content), an accounting office and, if needed, legal support. Data is not sold and is not transferred to third countries unless required by the tools used — in which case only under appropriate safeguards, e.g. standard contractual clauses.

- access your data and receive a copy of it,

7. VOLUNTARY NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry or enter into a contract. Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
